Customized workouts tailored to your goals, whether you want to BURN FAT, BUILD MUSCLE or IMPROVE ENDURANCE. Available in Lexington KY, or through virtual coaching.
Group Fitness Classes
$15/class
Join a supportive community and train with others in strength, HIIT, boxing, and cardio classes. Each class is designed to keep you motivated, challenged and progressing.
Small Group Training
$35/ per person
With 2-3 people per 1 hour session, you will receive targeted coaching, form correction and tailored workouts while benefiting form a supportive community.
Fitness Consultation
$10/ 30 minutes - $20 / hour
During each consultation we will be assess your fitness level, discuss your goals and create a personalized workout plan. Whether you’re starting from scratch or pushing to the next level, I’ll help you meet your goals.
Online Weight-loss program
$75/week
This weight-loss program is a week by week online program, with personalized fitness and nutrition plan to help you achieve lasting weight loss.
Nutrition Counseling
$15 /30 minutes - $30/hour
Each meeting focues on creating a sustainable nutrition habits tailored to your specific needs.whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle or simple eat healthily; we will find a plan that works for you!
